PERBANDINGAN TOTAL ERITROSIT, KADAR HEMOGLOBIN DAN NILAI HEMATOKRIT SAPI ACEH JANTAN DEWASA DAN SAPI ACEH JANTAN AFKIR DI BPTU- HPT INDRAPURI ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan total eritrosit, kadar haemoglobin dan nilai hematokrit sapi aceh jantan dewasa dengan sapi aceh jantan afkir di BPTU-HPT Indrapuri. Sebanyak 10 ekor sapi aceh jantan dewasa (umur 6-7 tahun) 10 ekor dan sapi aceh jantan afkir (umur 10 tahun) yang terdapat di BPTU-HPT Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Sampel darah diambil dari vena jugularis sebanyak 3 ml menggunakan venoject. Perhitungan jumlah total eritrosit dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat hemositometer, kadar hemoglobin dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sahli dan nilai hematokrit ditentukan dengan metode mikro hematokrit. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji independent sample t-test dengan program SPSS 25.0. Rata-rata jumlah total eritrosit sapi aceh jantan dewasa dan sapi aceh jantan afkir masing-masing adalah 6,8 x 106µl dan 10 x 106µl. Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sapi aceh jantan dewasa dan sapi aceh jantan afkir masing-masing adalah 9,4 g/dL dan 9,5 g/dL. Nilai hematorkrit menunjukkan rata-rata sapi aceh jantan dewasa dan sapi aceh jantan afkir masing-masing 40,2 % dan 40,1 %. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan (p>0.05) antara total eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin dan nilai hematokrit sapi aceh jantan dewasa dan sapi aceh jantan afkir. The blood sample was taken from the jugular vein as much as 3 ml using a venoject. The total number of erythrocytes was calculated using a hemocytometer, the hemoglobin level was carried out using the Sahli method and the hematocrit value was determined using the micro-hematocrit method. Data were analyzed using the independent sample t-test with the SPSS 25.0 program. The mean total number of erythrocytes for adult aceh bulls and culled aceh bulls was 6.8.106 µl and 10.106 µl, respectively. The mean hemoglobin levels of adult Aceh bulls and culled Aceh bulls were 9.4 g / dL and 9.5 g / dL, respectively. The average hematocrit value of adult Aceh bulls and culled aceh bulls 40.2% and 40.1%, respectively. It was concluded that there was no differences (p> 0.05) among total erythrocytes, hemoglobin levels and hematocrit values of adult Aceh bulls and culled aceh bulls.
