Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemakaian metode Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) dan Critical Path Method (CPM) pada Proyek Embung Paya Pie kecamatan Trienggadeng kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek pembuatan embung waduk di desa Paya Pie kecamatan Trienggadeng kabupaten P؛die Jaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dengan cara mencatat data primer dari dokumen atau laporan yang ada pada objek penelitian (dokumentasi). Peralatan analisis yang digunakan adalah metode PERT dan CPM. Objek dalam penelitian ؛٨؛ adalah waktu dan biaya proyek Paya Pie kecamatan Trienggadeng kabupaten Pidie Jaya, Sedangkan penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan berdasarkan waktu dan biaya proyek selama penyelesaian proyek dari tender yang diumumkan oleh dinas sumber daya air Aceh. Hasil penelitian disini terjadi penghematan waktu sebesar 30 hari dari 180 hari menjadi 150 hari dan biaya sebesar Rp. 35.547.690,- (Tiga Puluh Lima Juta Lima Ratus Empat Puluh Tujuh Ribu Enam Ratus Sembilan Puluh Rupiah) dari Rp. 2.488.338.000,- (Dua Milyar Empat Ratus Delapan Puluh Delapan Juta Tiga Ratus Tiga Puluh Delapan Ribu Rupiah). Menjadi 2.452.790.615,- (Dua Milyar Empat Ratus Lima Puluh Dua Juta Tujuh Ratus Sembilan Puluh Ribu Enam Ratus Lima Belas Rupiah), dimana HI : µ dan C≠ 0 (waktu dan biaya yang direncanakan oleh cv Lampoih Saka Company tidak sama dengan waktu dan biaya yang diharapkan berdasarkan analisa dengan metode PERT dan CPM) sehingga hipotesis yang diambil HI diterima dan sebaliknya HO ditolak. Kata Kunci: Efisiensi Waktu dan Biaya Perencanaan Proyek The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of methods of Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM) in the project districts Embung Paya Pie Trienggadeng Pidie Jaya. The results of the study here be saving time by 30 days from 180 days to 150 days and a cost of Rp. 35,547,690, - (Thirty Five Million Five Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Ninety) from Rp. 2.488.338 billion, - (Two Billion Four Hundred Eighty Eight Million Three Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand). Being 2.452.790.615, - (Two Billion Four Hundred Fifty Two Million Seven Hundred Ninety Thousand Six Hundred Fifteen), where H1: µ and C≠0 (time and costs planned by CV Lampoih Saka Company is not the same as the time and expected cost analysis based on the method of PERT and CPM), so the hypothesis is accepted, and otherwise taken H1 HO rejected.
