ABSTRAK Pemilihan Kepala Daerah di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan dimenangkan oleh pasangan H.Azwir-Tgk.amran di Tahun 2018 .Pada Kecamatan Kluet Utara, perolehan suara pasangan H.Azwir dan Tgk.Amran mencapai 46.039 suara, dengan perolehan suara 31%. Menariknya kemenangan ini mengalahkan pasangan petahana pada saat pilkada. HT.Sama Indra dan Harmaini hanya memperoleh sebanyak 37.608 suara,Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku pemilih Kecamatan Kluet Utara terhadap pasangan H. Azwir dan Tgk. Amran dalam Pilkada Kabupaten Aceh Selatan Tahun 2018 dan Untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pemilih Kecamatan Kluet Utara terhadap pasangan H. Azwir dan Tgk. Amran hingga memenangkan Pilkada Kabupaten Aceh Selatan Tahun 2018. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran yang bersifat kuantitatif menggunakan metode perhitungan Slovin, dan kualitatif sebagai pendekatan penelitian. Dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan menyebarkan angket sebanyak 99 kuesioner kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Kluet Utara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Perilaku pemilih di Kecamatan Kluet Utara Kabupaten Aceh Selatan pada pemilihan Bupati tahun 2018 di kelompokan menjadi empat,yaitu : pemilih rasional, pemilih kritis, pemilih tradisional dan pemilih skeptic. Pemilih rasional menjadi pemilih yang paling dominan dimana pemilih lebih mempertimbangkan visi-misi dengan presentase 51% dan program yang di tawarkan oleh pasangan calon, dan kelompok pemilih tradisional yaitu pemilih lebih mempertimbangkan faktor ajakan serta figure calon pasangan yang mempengaruhi mereka dalam menentukan calon kandidat sebanyak 46%. Sedangkan pemilih kritis dan skeptic sangat minoritas pada pemilihan Bupati di Kecamatan Kluet Utara Kabupaten Aceh Selatan Tahun 2018. Adapun yang menjadi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilih pada pemilihan Bupati di Kecamatan Kluet Utara Kabupaten Aceh Selatan dipengaruhi faktor: figure,46% visi-misi pasangan calon Bupati 51%, hubungan kekeluargaan17%,serta kesamaan suku dan budaya 7%, dan partai hanya 7% Kata Kunci : Aceh Selatan, Kluet Utara, Perilaku Pemilih ABSTRACT The selection of regional heads in South Aceh district was won by the pair H. Azwir-Tgk. Amran in the year 2018. In the North Kluet sub-district, the vote for H. Azwir and Tgk. Amran was 46,039 votes, with a vote of 31%. Interestingly, the Victory defeated the incumbent in the election. Ht. Sama Indra and Harmaini only gained as much as 37,608 votes, the study aims to determine the behavior of the North Kluet district voters against the pair of H. Azwir and Tgk. Amran in the district election of South Aceh in 2018 and to know Factors influencing the behaviour of the North Kluet district voters against the pair H. Azwir and Tgk. Amran to win the South Aceh district election, 2018. In this study used a quantitative method of blending using Slovin calculation method, and qualitative as a research approach. And the data collection techniques used by spreading a poll of 99 questionnaires to the community in North Kluet district. The result of this research is voters behavior in the district Kluet north of South Aceh district in the election of the Bupati in 2018 in grouping into four, namely: rational voters, critical voters, traditional voters and skeptic voters. The rational selector becomes the most dominant selector where voters consider the Visi-misi and the programs 51% offered by the candidate pairs, and the traditional selector group 46% is more considering the solicitation factor and figure of the candidate Spouse that affects them in determining the candidate, while the critical and skeptic voters are very minority in the election of regent in North Kluet district of South Aceh District 2018. As for the factors that influence voters on the election of Regencies in North Kluet district of South Aceh district is influenced by factor: figure 46%, visi-misi partner regent of 51%, family relationship 17%, the spouse of the Bupati candidate, similiarities people and cultures that are 7% and party 7%.
