Shabri, M.Ec Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja pegawai (BKPSDM) Pidie Jaya (2) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (BKPSDM) Pidie Jaya (3) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai (BKPSDM) Pidie Jaya (4) pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja BKPSDM Pidie Jaya (5) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja BKPSDM Pidie Jaya (6) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja BKPSDM Pidie Jaya (7) pengaruh kinerja pegawai BKPSDM Pidie Jaya terhadap kinerja BKPSDM Pidie Jaya (8) pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja BKPSDM Pidie Jaya melalui kinerja pegawai (9) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja BKPSDM Pidie Jaya melalui kinerja pegawai, dan (10) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja BKPSDM Pidie Jaya melalui kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Kepegawaian dan pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Pidie Jaya yang beralamat di Jalan Medan-Banda Aceh Km. 158 Komplek Bupati, Cot Trieng, Kabupaten Pidie Jaya dengan jumlah responden 40 orang. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan partisipatif, disiplin kerja, pelatihan, kinerja pegawai dan kinerja Badan Kepegawaian dan pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Pidie Jaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan partisipatif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai (BKPSDM) Pidie Jaya, terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi, terdapatnya disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai (BKPSDM) Pidie Jaya, terdapatnya pengaruh pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai (BKPSDM) Pidie Jaya, pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi, kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi, kinerja pegawai memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja organisasi, Kinerja pegawai memediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan kinerja pegawai memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja organisasi. This research was conducted at the Pidie Jaya’s (BKPSDM) having its address at Jalan Medan-Banda Aceh Km. 158 Regent's Complex, Cot Trieng, Pidie Jaya Regency with 40 respondents. The objects of this research are participatory leadership, work discipline, training, employee performance and the performance Pidie Jaya’s (BKPSDM). The results showed that participatory leadership had a positive effect on employee performance in the Pidie Jaya’s (BKPSDM), participatory leadership influence positively influences organizational performance, work discipline influences the employees performance of Pidie Jaya’s (BKPSDM), the effect of training has a positive effect on employee performance of the Pidie Jaya’s (BKPSDM), positive influence on training to organizational performance, employee performance has a positive effect on organizational performance, employee performance mediates the influence of participatory leadership on organizational performance, employee performance mediates the effect of work discipline on organizational performance, and employee performance mediates the effect of training on organizational performance.
