Tugas Akhir Sarjana Proporsi Biaya Sumber Daya Material dan Tenaga Kerja Pada Proyek Konstruksi Bangunan Gedung Rifat Aditya Hawari 1504101010138 Program Studi Sarjana Teknik Sipil Jurusan Tekni Sipil-Fakultas Teknik Universitas Syiah Kuala Abstrak Proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung terdapat sumber daya proyek yang terdiri dari beberapa jenis seperti sumber daya tenaga kerja, material dan biaya yang digunakan untuk pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah berapa persentase proporsi sumber daya proyek yang meliputi sumber daya tenaga kerja dan material pada proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung di Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi proporsi biaya dari sumber daya proyek berupa tenaga kerja dan material. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung non sederhana dan gedung sederhana di Provinsi Aceh. Ruang lingkup penelitian terdiri dari pada gedung non sederhana dan gedung sederhana, dimana pelaksanaan proyek dimulai pada tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2019, menggunakan data sekunder berupa dokumen Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan dokumen analisa harga satuan pekerjaan (AHSP). Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan gambaran persentase proporsi alokasi biaya sumber daya pada proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung yang ada di Provinsi Aceh, dan dapat digunakan pada saat awal perencanaan untuk proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Provinsi Aceh, Kontraktor dan Konsultan. Hasil penelitian telah dikumpulkan 10 data proyek konstruksi gedung sederhana dan 10 gedung non sederhana di Provinsi Aceh, pada gedung sederhana diperoleh hasil persentase proporsi sumber daya material 61,83% dan sumber daya tenaga kerja 20,09%, sedangkan pada gedung non sederhana diperoleh hasil persentase proporsi sumber daya material 66,04% dan sumber daya tenaga kerja 15,04%. . The problem in this study is what percentage of the project resources include labor and material resources in building construction projects in Aceh Province. This study aims to identify the proportion of costs from project resources in the form of labor and materials. This research was conducted on non-simple building construction projects and simple buildings in Aceh Province. The scope of the study consisted of non-simple buildings and simple buildings, where the project implementation began in 2015 until 2019, using secondary data in the form of a Cost Budget Plan (RAB) document and a work unit price analysis document (AHSP). The benefits of this research are expected to provide a percentage description of the allocation of resource costs to building construction projects in Aceh Province, and can be used at the beginning of planning for building construction projects. The method used is descriptive analysis method. Sources of data used came from the Department of Public Housing and Settlement Areas of Aceh Province, Contractors and Consultants. The results of the study have collected 10 data of simple building construction projects and 10 non-simple buildings in Aceh Province, the percentage of material resources obtained in the proportion of material buildings was 61.83% and 20.09% of labor resources, while in non-simple buildings the results obtained the percentage proportion of material resources 66.04% and labor resources 15.04%.
