Abstrak/Catatan ABSTRAK Abstrak Karya Akhir diserahkan kepada Panitia Komisi Ujian untuk mendapatkan Gelar Magister Manajemen pada Program Pascasarjana Universitas Syiah Kuala PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN PEGAWAI DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI PADA BIRO ADMINISTRASI UMUM, PERENCANAAN DAN KEUANGAN UIN AR-RANIRY Oleh ROSMANIDAR NIM : 1701202010026 Konsentrasi : Manajemen Umum Pembimbing Pertama : Dr. Hafasnuddin, SE. MBA Pembimbing Kedua : Dr. Ridwan Nurdin, SE, MA Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi dan prestasi kerja pegawai, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai, pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi pegawai, pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi pegawai. Objek penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan implikasinya pada prestasi kerja pegawai. Peralatan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji deskriptif yaitu untuk menguji model statistik deskriptif berdasarkan nilai rerata dan uji verfikatif dengan menggunakan peralatan analisis data structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi dan prestasi kerja pegawai sudah berjalan dengan baik, terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai, terdapat pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai dan terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi pegawai Biro AUPK UIN Ar-Raniry. MBA Co-Supervisor : Dr. Ridwan Nurdin, SE, MA The purpose of this study was to determine the conditions of work motivation, work discipline, organizational commitment and work performance of employees, the effect of work motivation on employee work performance, the influence of work discipline on employee work performance, the effect of work motivation on employee organizational commitment, the influence of work discipline on organizational commitment employee, influence of organizational commitment on employee work performance, influence of work motivation on performance through employee organizational commitment, influence of work discipline on performance through employee organizational commitment. The object of this research is work motivation and work discipline on organizational commitment and its implications for employee work performance. The data analysis equipment used in this study is descriptive test, namely to test the descriptive statistical model based on mean values and verificative tests using structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis with the help of the AMOS program. The results showed that work motivation, work discipline, organizational commitment and employee work performance had been going well, there was an effect of work motivation, work discipline on employee organizational commitment, there was an influence of organizational commitment on employee work performance, there was an influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee work performance and there are effects of work motivation and work discipline on employee work performance through the organizational commitment of employees of the Bureau AUPK UIN Ar-Raniry.
