Abstrak/Catatan Abstrak Karya Akhir Diserahkan kepada Panitia Ujian Untuk Mendapatkan Gelar Magister Manajemen pada Program Paskasarjana Universitas Syiah Kuala PENGARUH KOMITMEN, MOTIVASI DAN KEPRIBADIAN TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DINAS PENDIDIKAN ACEH Oleh: CUT ANI VIVIYANTI NIM: 1509200020015 Konsentrasi : Manajemen Umum Pembimbing Utama : Prof. Dr. Nasir, SE, MBA Pembimbing Pembantu : Dr Faisal, SE, M.Si, MA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen, motivasi dan kepribadian terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh organizational citizenship behavior di Dinas Pendidikan Aceh. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 211 responden, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap atau Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Dinas Pendidikan Aceh. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan metode probability sampling dan tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuisener kepada responden dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dalam penelitian ini. Model pengukuran dari penelitian ini menggunakan Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen, Motivasi dan Kepribadian berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior di Dinas Pendidikan Aceh. The number of respondents was 211 Respondents, the research sample was permanent employees or the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Aceh Education Agency. The sampling technique is the probability sampling method and technique Data collection is done by census method. The method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires to respondents with predetermined criteria. As one of the factors that influence success in an organization is the creation of organizational performance as a result of employee performance, the implication is that organizations can survive in serving the needs of the community. Employee performance is the main capital in supporting the success of the organization which if managed properly starts from the time the employee is needed, is put in place until dismissed. The measurement model in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Where the results indicate that Commitment, Motivation and Personality influence the Employee Performance mediated by OCB at the Aceh Education Office.
