v ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah Bus Trans Koetaradja yang optimal beroperasi di koridor I (Keudah – Darussalam) pada tahun 2019. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini adalah dengan metode goal programming. Metode goal programming dipilih karena metode ini dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan optimisasi dengan lebih dari dua fungsi tujuan. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data jumlah penumpang, jumlah bus yang beroperasi, jam kerja bus, dan biaya operasional bus. Data jumlah penumpang Bus Trans Koetaradja pada tahun 2018 diramalkan untuk memproyeksikan jumlah penumpang pada tahun 2019 menggunakan metode peramalan time series dengan proyeksi trend. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai standard error of estimation (SEE), metode peramalan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuadratis karena memiliki nilai SEE terkecil. Solusi optimal dari model goal programming dengan tujuan minimalkan jumlah penumpang yang tidak terlayani dan memaksimalkan jam kerja tercapai karena nilai penyimpangan yang diperoleh adalah nol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, jumlah Bus Trans Koetaradja yang optimal beroperasi pada koridor I untuk bulan Agustus sampai Desember 2019 berturut-turut adalah 8 bus, 8 bus, 8 bus, 9 bus dan 9 bus atau berkurang dari sebelumnya yang menggunakan 12 bus setiap harinya. Kata Kunci: Bus Trans Koetaradja, Goal programming, peramalan, optimalisasi ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the optimal number of Trans Koetaradja Buses operating in corridor I (Keudah - Darussalam) in 2019. The method used to solve this problem is the goal programming method. The goal programming method was chosen because this method can solve optimization problems with more than two objective functions. The data used in this study are data on the number of passengers, the number of buses in operation, bus working hours, and bus operating costs. Data on the number of passengers of the Trans Koetaradja Bus in 2018 is predicted to project the number of passengers in 2019 using time series forecasting methods with trend projections. Based on the results of the calculation of the standard error of estimation (SEE) value, the forecasting method used in this study is a quadratic method because it has the smallest SEE value. The optimal solution of the goal programming model with the aim of minimizing the number of unserved passengers and maximizing working hours is achieved because the deviation obtained is zero. Based on the results of this study, the number of Trans Koetaradja buses that operate optimally on corridor I for August to December 2019 are 8 buses, 8 buses, 8 buses, 9 buses and 9 buses or less than before using 12 buses everyday.
