ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas distribusi logistik dalam tanggap darurat gempa bumi Pidie Jaya serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas distribusi logistik tersebut. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 236 orang responden yang diambil dari 5 kelompok sampel terdiri dari Pemkab Pidie Jaya, Petugas Logistik, Posko, Masyarakat Pengungsi dan Kelompok dunia usaha. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, FGD, dokumentasi dan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan peralatan statistik structural equation model (SEM)-AMOS. Penelitian menemukan bahwa sarana dan prasana, informasi dan komunikasi, sumber daya petugas, dukungan kelembagaan dan sarana komunikasi dan informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas distribusi logistik. Diantara kelima variabel independen tersebut, variabel yang pengaruhnya paling dominan terhadap efektivitas distribusi logistik adalah sarana dan prasarana. The research sample consisted of 236 respondents taken from 5 sample groups consisting of Pidie Jaya District Government, Logistics Officers, Command Post, Refugee Society and business world group. Data collection used questionnaires, FGD, documentation and then the data were analyzed using statistical equipment structural equation model (SEM)-AMOS. The study found that facilities and infrastructure, information and communication, staff resources, institutional support and means of communication and information had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of logistics distribution. Among the five independent variables, the variables with the most dominant influence on the effectiveness of logistics distribution are facilities and infrastructure.
