TINGKAT EFISIENSI TEMPAT PELELANGAN IKAN (TPI) PELABUHAN PERIKANAN SAMUDERA LAMPULO Abdul Azis1*, Rizwan1, Ratna Mutia Aprilla1 1Jurusan Pemanfaatan Sumberdaya Perikanan Fakultas Kelautan dan Perikanan Universitas Syiah Kuala, Darussalam, Banda Aceh. *Email:Abdulazis0823@gmail.com ABSTRAK Pelabuhan perikanan adalah pelabuhan yang dipergunakan untuk aktivitas perikanan tangkap yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai fasilitas, seperti fasilitas dasar, fungsional serta fasilitas penunjang. Salah satu dari berbagai fasilitas fungsional adalah Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI). Tempat pelelangan ikan merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang harus ada di pelabuhan perikanan. Penggunaan TPI saat pelelangan ikan merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan efisiensi. Selama ini TPI lampulo sudah di fungsikan namun saat pelelangan tidak semua hasil tangkapan berada di gedung TPI. Hal ini berdasarkan pengamatan dilapangan bahwa masih banyak pedagang yang menjual ikan di luar gedung TPI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui luas dan kapasitas TPI dan tingkat efisiensi TPI Lampulo. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2017 yang berlokasi di TPI PPS Lampulo, Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara langsung kelapangan, untuk melihat luas dan kapasitas TPI, serta tingkat efisiensi dari TPI Lampulo. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa TPI PPS Lampulo memiliki kapasitas 8,22 m2/ton dengan luas 960 m2 sedangkan luas TPI yang terpakai 935 m2 dengan kapasitas 8,01 m2/ton, hasil perhitungan pemanfaatan TPI yang di peroleh 97 %, maka dapat dikatakan TPI PPS Lampulo sudah efisien. Kata kunci : Efisiensi, Tempat Pelelangan ikan, Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Lampulo ABSTRACT Fishery port is a port that is used to catch fisheries activities which are equipped with various facilities, such as basic facilities, functional facilities, and supporting facilities. One of the various functional facilities is the Fish Auction Place (FAP). A fish auction place is one of the facilities that must be in the fishing port. The using of FAP during the fish auction is one way to increase the efficiency. So far, Lampulo FAP has been activated, but not all catches are in the FAP building during the auction. This is based on field observations that there are still many traders who sell fish outside the FAP building. This study aims to determine the extent and capacity of FAP and the level of efficiency of Lampulo FAP. This research was conducted from July to August 2017 located in Lampulo FAP SFP, Banda Aceh. The research method is using survey method. Data retrieval was carried out directly in the research place, to see the extent and capacity of the FAP, as well as the level of efficiency of the Lampulo FAP. The results of the study concluded that Lampulo FAP SFP had a capacity of 8.22 m2/ton with an area of 960 m2 while the FAP area used was 935 m2 with a capacity of 8.01 m2/ton, the results of the calculation of the utilization of FAP obtained 97%, it could be said Lampulo FAP SFP is already efficient.
