ABSTRAK TINGKAT KEPERCAYAAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PARTAI ACEH ( Studi Kasus Pemilihan Bupati di Aceh Besar dan Pidie tahun 2017 ) Pemilihan umum legeslatif 2009 merupakan Pemilu pertama kali yang diikuti oleh Partai Lokal di Aceh, dari awal keikutsertaan Partai Aceh dalam ranah perpolitikan Aceh. Partai Aceh meraih mayoritas suara di Aceh, baik di pemilihan legislatif, Bupati/Walikota maupun pemilihan Gubernur. Kemenangan Partai Aceh ditingkat pemilihan kepala daerah pada Pilkada 2012 yang lalu Partai Aceh menang di 9 daerah pemilihan dari 17 Kabupaten yang ikut pilkada, namun pada Pilkada tahun 2017 Partai Aceh mengalami banyak kekalahan baik pada pemilihan Bupati/Walikota maupu di pemilihan Gubernur, khususnya Partai Aceh juga mengalami kekalahan di pemilihan kepala daerah di Kabupaten Aceh Besar, dan Pidie yang merupakan daerah – daerah yang sebelumnya di pimpin oleh kepala daerah yang diusung oleh Partai Aceh. Di Aceh Besar pasangan - pasangan Mawardi Ali- Waled Husaini meraih suara sebanyak 110.074 (57.10%) suara, sedangkan pasangan yang diusung Partai Aceh Saifuddin Yahya - Juanda Jamal hanya meraup suara 82.710 (42.90%) suara terpaut 14.20 % dari pasangan Mawardi Ali - Waled Husaini. Adapun di Pidie Roni Ahmad (Abusyik) dan Fadhullah T.M Daud S.T. keluar menjadi pemenang pesta Demokrasi di Kabupaten Pidie, yang berhasil meraup suara sebanyak 96.184 (48.19%), sedangkan pasangan H. Sarjani Abdullah dan M. Iriawan S.E. yang merupakan pasangan petahana dari Partai Aceh hanya mampu meraup suara sebanyak 91.511 atau (45.85%). Adapun tujuan penelitian skripsi ini adalah pertama, ingin melihat tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat di kawasan Aceh Besar dan Pidie, kedua, Untuk mengetahui faktor kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Partai Aceh. Untuk lebih terarah pada penelitian skripsi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan pendokumentasian, Adapun informan untuk memenuhi informasi data penelitian ini, peneliti menentukan informanya diantaranya, masyarakat Pemilih di dua Kecamatan Aceh Besar (Baitussalam, Darussalam) dan Pidie ( Indra Jaya, Peukan Baro) yang dipilih secara random, Akademisi, Pengamat Politik Aceh, Anggota DPP Partai Aceh. Hasil penelitian masyarakat di kawasan Aceh Besar dan Pidie menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Partai Aceh telah mulai menurun, dan ada beberapa faktor yang mengakibatkan turunnya tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Partai Aceh, Faktor rasional : faktor figur pasangan dan kegagalan pemimpin terdahulu. Faktor Relasional : hukuman terhadap Partai Aceh, konflik internal Partai, Program yang ditawarkan tidak sesuai dengan kondisi masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Kekalahan, Partai Aceh, Aceh Besar, Pidie, Kepercayaan, Pilkada Aceh 2017 THE LEVEL OF PUBLIC TRUST in THE ACEH PARTY ( The Case of Study Selection of Aceh Regent in Aceh Besar and Pidie at 2017) The Legislative in 2009 general election was the first election that was followed by local parties in Aceh, from the beginning to the Aceh Party participation in the Aceh Political area. The Aceh Party won a majority of Aceh at the level of regional head election in the 2012 last election in Aceh Party won in 9 electoral Districts of 17 regencies participating in the elections. But in the 2017 election the Party Aceh suffered a lot of defeats both in the election of region and of the Governour, especially Party Aceh also suffered defead in the regional head election in Aceh Besar and Pidie district which were areas previously led by regional heads who were carried by Aceh Party. In Aceh besar the pair Mawardi Ali – waled husaini won 110.074 ( 57.10% ) votes, while the pair carried by Aceh Party Saifuddin Yahya – Juanda Jamal only made 82.710 ( 42.90% ) vote, 14.20 % adrift of the pair Mawardi Ali – Waled Husaini. While in Pidie Roni Ahmad ( Abusyik) anf Fadhullah come out as the winner of the Democratic Party in the Pidie district which monoged to get 96.84 ( 48.19 % ) votes, while the pair who were in cumbent pair from Aceh Party were only able to 91.511 vote or (48.85 % ). The purpose of this research is firstly, to see the level of public’s belief in Aceh Besar and Pidie, secondly, to know some factors of public’s belief in the Aceh Party. To be more focused on this research, the writer needs a methodology in conducting field research. This research uses qualitative approach by using observation, interview, and documentation as the technique in collecting data. To fulfill the information of this research, the writer determined the informants among others, the community in two sub-districts Aceh Besar ( Baitussalam, Darussalam) and Pidie (Indra Jaya, Peukan Baro) which is selected randomly, academician, Aceh Political Observer, members of DPP Aceh Party. . The result shows that the level of public’s belief in Aceh Party has been decreased which is caused and there are several factors that have resultnin adecline in the level of public trust in the Aceh party, Rational factors : the figure of candidates had been chosen, and the failure of the former leader. Relational factors : punishment for Aceh Party, internal conflict, and the program offered does not match to the conditions of society.
