Dr. Renni Anggraini, ST, M. Eng 2. Dr. Ir. M. Isya, MT ABSTRAK Provinsi Aceh terdiri dari 18 kabupaten dan 5 kota yang secara topografi berbukit dan bergunung. Hal ini menyebabkan jalur transportasi darat dan laut antar kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Aceh memiliki jarak tempuh yang relatif lama dan selain itu sangat rentan terhadap bencana (longsor dan ombak besar). Transportasi udara sebagai salah satu alternatif jalur transportasi dewasa ini mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dan strategis dalam mendukung kelancaran kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat Aceh. PT. Susi Pudjiastuti merupakan operator penerbangan yang melayani rute perintis dari Banda Aceh ke Nagan Raya, Aceh Barat Daya dan Gayo Lues. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui demand penumpang dengan regresi linear berganda menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square dengan bantuan SPSS berdasarkan data sosio ekonomi daerah sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan jumlah penumpang sebagai variabel terikat (Y) serta menganalisis kelayakan finansial penerbangan dengan menghitung nilai Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV) dan Pay Back Period (PBP) dengan menggunakan discount rate 15%. Hasil pemodelan untuk Kabupaten Nagan Raya yaitu Y = 1194,374 – 0,068X3 dengan nilai kelayakan finansial diperoleh pada tahun ke 6 (tahun 2021) yaitu nilai BCR sebesar 0,348, NPV sebesar Rp. (30.651.570.332),-, dan PBP yaitu 45 tahun 3 bulan. Untuk Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya hasil pemodelan yang diperoleh yaitu Y = 4923,27 – 0,033X1– 0,034X3 dengan nilai BCR dan NPV yaitu 0,0213 dan Rp. (33.100.435.793),- diperoleh pada tahun ke 6 (tahun 2021) sedangkan nilai PBP yaitu 9 tahun 3 bulan diperoleh pada tahun ke 3 (tahun 2018). Untuk Kabupaten Gayo Lues hasil pemodelan yang diperoleh yaitu Y = 1194,374 – 0,068X3 dengan BCR sebesar 0,2131, NPV yaitu Rp. (31.945.328.115),- dan PBP yang diperoleh yaitu 25 tahun 9 bulan yang diperoleh pada tahun ke 6 (tahun 2021). Dari nilai BCR, NPV, PBP yang diperoleh diketahui bahwa untuk ketiga rute tersebut tidak layak untuk diterbangi karena menyebabkan kerugian. This causes the land and sea transportation routes between districts/municipalities in the province of Aceh have relatively long distance and in addition is very vulnerable to disasters (landslides and large waves). Air transport as one of the alternative transportation routes today has a very important and strategic role in supporting the smooth economic activities of the people of Aceh. PT. Susi Pudjiastuti is an airline operator serving pioneer routes from Banda Aceh to Nagan Raya, Aceh Barat Daya and Gayo Lues. This study aims to determine the demand of passengers with multiple linear regression using Ordinary Least Square method with the help of SPSS based on socio-economic data of area as independent variable (X) and number of passengers as dependent variable (Y) and analyzing flight finance feasibility by calculating Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV) and Pay Back Period (PBP) using 15% discount rate. The modeling result for Nagan Raya is Y = 1194.374 – 0.068 X3 with financial feasibility value obtained at sixth year (year 2021) that is value of BCR equal to 0.348, NPV equal to Rp. (30.651.570.332),- and PBP is 45 years 3 months. For Aceh Barat Daya obtained modeling results are Y = 4923.27 – 0.033X1 – 0.034X3 with value of BCR and NPV that is 0.0213 and Rp. (33.100.435.793),- is obtained in sixth year (year 2021) while the value PBP is 9 years 3 months obtained in third year (year 2018). For Gayo Lues obtained modeling result that is Y = 1194.374 – 0.068 X3 with BCR of 0.2131, NPV is Rp. (31.945.328.115),- and PBP obtained is 25.9 years obtained in sixth year (year 2021) .The value of BCR, NPV, PBP obtained is known that for the three routes are not feasible to be flown because it causes loss.
