Abstrak/Catatan Plant design of Liquid Soap factory using olein as feedstock. Liquid Soap raw material capacity is 1.379 tons / year, with a working day of 45 days / year. plant desain of Liquid Soap factory using this olein using saponification process Triglycerides with 97% conversion. The factory premises is planned to be established in District Suak Timah, Aceh Nagan Raya, Aceh province with a land area of 20.000 m2. The process steps in this Liquid Soap Factory includes heating the feed, the saponification process, triglycerides reaction, the process of separation and mixing process. The reaction takes place at a temperature of 60 ° C and a pressure of 1 atm in the liquid phase with the addition of KOH as the alkali. Furthermore, the separation of water and unreacted KOH to produce pure soap. Methanol is then added to the purification of soap. Then do the mixing citric acid, EDTA, Propylene Glycol, CAPB, Glycerin, Anti-Oxidant and Deodorizer. A support unit includes unit procurement process plant water, steam, compressed air, electricity, and fuel. The water needs of 12.000 m3 / h was obtained from Suak Timah stream, Nagan Raya, Aceh province to meet the needs of electricity obtained from the power generator, with 1.054,72 kW. The planned corporate form is a Limited Liability Company using the line structure and staff. Labor requirements for running the company amounted to 200 people. | |
