ABSTRAK Kota Lhokseumawe berpotensi untuk terus berkembang dari segala sektor dan bidang termasuk di bidang perdagangan dan jasa. Perkembangan kota ini dipengaruhi oleh kehidupan masyarakat yang terus berubah menjadi lebih modern dan semakin tingginya keinginan masyarakat untuk sesuatu yang cepat, nyaman, dan efisien termasuk dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari-hari. Untuk memenuhi keinginan masyarakat, maka dibangunanlah sebuah pusat perbelanjaan modern, yang diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat khususnya masyarakat kota Lhokseumawe. Pendekatan perancangan menggunakan tema arsitektur modern dengan pendekatan teori “Form Follow Function”, yang diutamakan adalah fungsi didalam bangunan untuk tujuan kenyamanan pengunjung. Walaupun bentuk mengutamakan fungsi, tetapi bentuk juga tidak luput diperhatikan. Bentuk diolah sedemikian rupa, tetapi tidak memiliki ornamen yang berlebihan dikarenakan hubungan dengan pendekatan tema yang diambil dalam perancangan ini.
