ABSTRAK Pemilihan umum seharusnya berjalan dengan tertib, aman dan damai sesuai dengan aturan yang sudah ditetapkan dalam Undang-undang. Namun hal ini bertolak belakang dengan apa yang terjadi pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2014 di Gampong Babah Dua, pemilu berlangsung dengan tindakan intimidasi dan kekerasan. Ketika masa kampanye hingga pemilu legislatif berlangsung Partai Aceh (PA) dan Partai Nasional Aceh (PNA) terlibat konflik non fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab konflik antara Partai Aceh (PA) dan Partai Nasional Aceh (PNA) pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2014, mengetahui pengaruh konflik terhadap interaksi Partai Aceh (PA) dan Partai Nasional Aceh (PNA) dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan dengan mencari data dan informasi melalui buku, internet dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab konflik antara Partai Aceh (PA) dan Partai Nasional Aceh (PNA) pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2014 disebabkan oleh perselisihan, kekuasaan, dan kekerasan. Konflik antara Partai Aceh (PA) dan Partai Nasional Aceh (PNA) tidak mempengaruhi interaksi dalam kehidupan masyarakat, karena konflik antara kedua partai lokal ini telah diselesaikan dengan cara perdamaian dan kekeluargaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa partai politik lokal belum mampu bersaing dengan sehat pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2014. Pasca pemilu hubungan antara Partai Aceh (PA) dan Partai Nasional Aceh (PNA) kembali membaik. Kata kunci : Dinamika politik, Pemilu legislatif, Konflik. ABSTRACT The election is supposed to run well, safely and peacefully in accordance to the rules set in the legislation. But this is contrary to what happened in the legislative elections in 2014 namely in BabahDua where the electionwas held with full of the acts of intimidation and violence. It happened in the campaign period untill the legislative election that took place between two local parties namely Aceh Party (PA) and the Aceh National Party (PNA) called as non-physical conflict. This study aimed to determine the causes of the conflict between the Aceh Party (PA) and the National Party Aceh (PNA) in the 2014 legislative elections in BabahDua, then this study also has purpose to establish the effect of conflict on the interaction of the Aceh Party (PA) and the National Party Aceh (PNA) in social life.The research method used in this study was descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques was gotten from primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through both observation and interview. While the secondary data collection was conducted by searching for data and information throughout some books, journals and internet webside that are related to the research problem. As the result, it can be concluded that the causative factor of the conflict between the Aceh Party (PA) and the Aceh National Party (PNA) in the legislative election in 2014 was coused by dispute, power and violence. The conflict among them did not affect on their interaction in social life, because the conflict between the two local parties has been resolved by way of peace and kinship. Based the research results, it can be concluded that local political parties has not been able to compete with the votes in the legislative election of 2014. After election had accured, the relationship among two local parties become good. Keywords: Political dynamics, Legislative election, Conflict.
