ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to test the influence of application of the system accounting information, the ability technique users accounting information system, utilization of information technology, and trust the use of information technology of the performance of employees at government agencies. Population in this research is 39 SKPK (Work Unit Device the Banda Aceh). With using a technique simple random sampling, the sample is 28 SKPK to 56 respondents. Technique the data collection was done with the questionnaire. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. This research result indicates that simultaneously or in partial , application of the system accounting information, the ability technique users accounting information system, utilization of information technology, and trust the use of information technology have had a positive impact on the performance of employees government agencies in the kota banda aceh government . Keywords: Employee performance, application of the system accounting information, the ability technique users accounting information system, utilization of information technology, and trust the use of information technology.   ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi, kemampuan teknik pemakai sistem informasi akuntansi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan kepercayaan penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada instansi pemerintahan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 39 SKPK (Satuan Kerja Perangkat Kota) Banda Aceh. Dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, sampel penelitian adalah 28 SKPK dengan 56 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ataupun secara parsial, penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi, kemampuan teknik pemakai sistem informasi akuntansi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan kepercayaan penggunaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan instansi pemerintahan di Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh.
