Abstrak/Catatan The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of Role Overload on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Perceived Organizational Support as moderating variable. The present study was conducted on 105 nurse of RSUDZA. The sampling using probability sampling method. This study uses three variables, namely the independent variable, dependent variable, and moderating variable. Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of variables which involved in this research. Questionnaires measured using a Likert’s Scale. Test validity, reliability, normality, and analysis regression using SPSS Statistics 20. The findings indicate that Role Overload has a negative influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Perceived Organizational Support has a positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; and Perceived Organizational Support moderate the relationship between Role Overload and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. | |
