Abstrak/Catatan This study is aimed to examine the influence of technical competence, education and ongoing training, organizational commitment, and job experience on the audit quality of the Government Internal Supervisory Authorities (Ind. Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah - APIP) of Aceh Barat, simultaneously and partially. The subjects of this study were 39 respondents at the Inspectorate of Aceh Barat. The study used primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents. Multiple linear regression was used for data analysis. The results showed that the technical competence, education and ongoing training, organizational commitment, and job experience along with positive effect on the quality of the examination results APIP Inspectorate of Aceh Barat. technical competence, education and ongoing training, organizational commitment, and job experience partially has positive influence on the audit quality of APIP at the Inspectorate of Aceh Barat.
