ABSTRAK Kinerja guru sertifikasi adalah tingkat keberhasilan guru dalam melaksanakan tugas pendidik sesuai dengan tanggung jawab dan wewenangnya berdasarkan standar kinerja yang telah ditetapkan selama periode tertentu dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja guru sertifikasi, meliputi: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran guru sertifikasi; (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru sertifikasi, dan (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran guru sertifikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru sertifikasi, kepala sekolah, dan pengawas di SMP Negeri 2 Meureudu Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Hasil penelitiannya ditemukan: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran adalah persiapan mengajar guru sertifikasi yang memuat: identitas mata pelajaran, standar kompetensi, kompetensi dasar, indikator pencapaian kompetensi, tujuan pembelajaran, materi ajar, alokasi waktu, metode pembelajaran, kegiatan pembelajaran, penilaian hasil belajar dan sumber belajar; (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru sertifikasi dengan berpedoman pada rencana pembelajaran mencakup tiga kegiatan, yaitu pembukaan, kegiatan inti dan penutup; dan (3) Evaluasi yang dilakukan guru sertifikasi yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat pencapaian kompetensi peserta didik, serta digunakan sebagai bahan penyusunan laporan kemajuan hasil belajar, dan memperbaiki proses pembelajaran. Diharapkan kepada pengawas dan kepala sekolah agar dapat mengarahkan dan mengawasi guru sertifikasi dalam peningkatan kinerjanya tentang perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang dihadapinya secara efektif dan efesiensi sehingga kompetensi dan kualifikasi guru sertifikasi dapat ditingkatkan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Guru, dan Sertifikasi THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTIFIED TEACHERS IN STATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL 2 MEUREUDU IN PIDIE JAYA DISTRICT ABSTRACT (Tarmizi) The performance of certified teachers is the success level of teachers in carrying out the educators’ tasks responsibly and authoritatively in accordance with the performance standards that have been established during the certain period for a sake of achieving educational objectives. The objectives of this research were to find out the performance of certified teachers, which included: (1) The teaching plan of certified teachers: (2) The teaching implementation of certified teachers’ (3) The evaluation of certified teachers’ teaching. The research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method-the techniques of data collection were conducted through the guidelines of interview, observation, and documentation study. The subjects of research were the certified teachers, the principal, and the supervisors of State Junior High School 2 Meureudu in Pidie Jaya District. The results of research showed that : (1) Teaching plan is certified teachers’ teaching preparation which encompassed : the subject identity, the competency standards, the basic competency, the indicators of competency achievement, the learning objectives, teaching materials, time allocation, teaching methods, teaching activities, the assessment of learning achievement and learning resources: (2) The teaching implementation conducted by the certified teachers by having a guidance on teaching plan including three activities, namely opening, core activity and closing: and (3) The evaluation conducted by the certified teachers aimed to find out the achievement level of the students’ competency and to be used as a material for designing the report of learning achievement progress, and to repair the teaching process. The supervisors and the principal are expected to guide and supervise the certified teachers properly, efficiently, and effectively in increasing their performance regarding the teaching plan, the teaching implementation and the teaching evaluation faced by the certified teachers so that their competency and qualification can be increased.
