Abstrak/Catatan ABSTRACK Name : Katari Karlinda Faculty : Dentistry Titel : The Purpose of This Study was to Determine the Level of Community Satistfaction in Dental Health and Services at General Hospital in Sigli 2014. The level of patients satisfaction with the services is the ratio between the perceptions of service that will be accepted with expectations before getting the service. According to Parasuraman there are five dimensions to measure the level of satisfaction in the community , namely , reliabilty, Assurancel, tangible , Empathy and Responsivenses . General Hospital in sigli has dental health and service to facilitate dental treatment for community , given the current oral health has become one of the important aspects in public life. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community satisfaction in Dental Health and Services at General Hospital in Sigli- 2014. This research method is a descriptive cross sectional approach . The number of subjects in this study were as many as 96 people . These results indicated that the people are satisfied with the services that provided by Dental health and service at General Hospital in sigli.
