AbstrakAchievement of the agency or organization does not depend only modern equipment, facilities and infrastructure, but even more dependent on human resources to perform these jobs. therefore, the quality of human resource is performing his job and is able to provide a good work or has the performance as required by the organization. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of loyalty, ability and participation either partially or simultaneously to the lecturer of serambi mekkah university in banda aceh, as well as to determine the most dominant factor affecting the performance of the lecturer in the university of serambi mekkah in banda aceh.
the population in this study were all full-time lecturers in 216 lecturers at
the university of serambi mekkah in banda aceh and the number of samples
used are as many as 118 respondents out of a totality population obtained by the
slovin formula.
multiple correlation coefficient (r) is 0,864 means that the level of
relationship
