rdurasi 3 (tiga) menit 18 (delapan belas) detik dan hasil dari video animasi 2-dimensi ini akan dipublikasikan ke semua medial sosial. sumber informasi yang digunakan dalam video animasi ini bersumber dari kementerian kesehatan republik indonesia berdasarkan keputusan kemenkes ri no. hk.01.07-menkes-413-2020 tentang pedoman pencegahan dan pengendalian covid-19. diharapkan dengan adanya video animasi mengenai virus corona ini dapat membantu masyarakat dalam proses pencegahan. kata kunci: video, video animasi 2-dimensi, virus corona, cara cegah virus corona abstract corona virus is currently sweeping the world and one of the countries affected by this epidemic is indonesia. death rates from this outbreak are very high. the cause of the increased mortality rate is due to lack of knowledge about this corona virus outbreak. this has become a motivation to create a 2-dimentional animated video that can be understood by the public and hopefully with this 2-dimentional animated video can make people know how important it is to maintain personal health and environmental hygiene. this 2-dimentional animated video will explain about corona virus and how to prevent the spread of this corona virus. there are 7 (seven) stages of making this animated video, namely animation analysis, equipment check, modeling, storing and storyboarding, animating, rendering, and final rendering integration. applications used in the process of making this video are the adobe illustrator and adobe after effect applications. this animated video is 3 (three) minutes 18 (eighteen) seconds long and the results of this 2-dimentional animated video will be published to all social medials. the source of information used in this animated video comes from the ministry of health of the republic of indonesia based on the decision of the republic of indonesia ministry of health no. hk.01.07-menkes-413-2020 concerning guidelines for the prevention and control of covid-19. it is hoped that this animated video about corona virus can help the community in the prevention process. keywords: video, 2-dimention, corona virus, how to prevent corona virus
