Abstrak

Abstract name : husna fadliza elrawy faculty : dentistry study program: dentistry title : study of fusobacterium nucleatum biomass index after aaaaaa aiiinteraction with ethanol extract of moringa oleifera (based on aaconcentration, incubation time, and ph) fusobacterium nucleatum is the dominant bacterium found in dental plaque biofilms. moringa oleifera leaves have long been used as traditional medicine in healing and prevention because of the properties they contain. in bacterial breeding, an increase in bacterial cell mass and the number of bacteria. bacterial growth can be defined as an increase in volume, size, and number of cells. this study aims to determine the effect of ethanol extract of moringa oleifera leaves on changes in biomass and ph of fusobacterium nucleatum based on concentration and incubation time. moringa oleifera leaf extract with a concentration of 75%, 50%, 25%, 12.5%, 6.25% was made by maceration method. positive control used chx 0.2%. testing
