AbstrakAbstrak
penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh career exploration terhadap career indecision dan career anxiety sebagai mediasi pada mahasiswa d3 fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas syiah kuala. sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para mahasiswa d3 fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas syiah kuala yang berjumlah 203 responden. peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel acak sederhana. hierarchical linear modelling (hlm) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat.
berdasarkan hasil analisis hlm, mengindikasikan bahwa career exploration berpengaruh terhadap career indecision, career exploration berpengaruh terhadap career anxiety, career anxiety berpengaruh terhadap career indecision, dan career anxiety memediasi secara parsial pengaruh career exploration terhadap career indecision.
