Abstrak

The ph degrees and reductation scores of pasteurizationgoat milk in defferent time of storaging abstract this study was aimed to determine the storage effect of goat milk pasturized during a period of ph value and the number reductase.the study was conducted from october 15 through 12 november 2012. a total of 4 liters of goat's milk from farms etawa rakyat miruek taman in aceh besar take milk to be examinedof ph value and the number reductaseand stored for 28 days at refrigerator temperature(2-4oc). this research used randomized complete design (ral) with five treatments and four repetitions.treatment i was the control, treatment ii, iii,iv and veach one stored duringfor 7, 14, 21, and 28 day. the results showed that the duration of storage from 0 to 28 day was significant effect (p
