penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kebutuhan subsidi perumahan di kota banda aceh, model yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dimana variabel terikatnya adalah willingnest to accept dan usia, pendapatan, jumlah anggota keluarga sebagai variabel bebas. data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berjumlah 99 responden diambil secara purposive random sampling pada 9 kecamatan di kota banda aceh. hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan, jumlah anggota keluarga memiliki efek yang positif terhadap keinginan menerima subsidi perumahan sedangkan variabel usia berpengaruh secara positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keinginan menerima subsidi perumahan di kota banda aceh. total economic value pada penelitian ini sebesar rp 7.451.743.000 dan rata-rata
