Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of leadership style and work environment on the performance of the employee of social agency of aceh. samples of this study were 101 people who work as the staff in the agency. data were collected by used questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression. the study showed that initiation structure leadership, consideration structure leadership, and work environment positively influence on the performance of the employee of social agency of aceh. the variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of the employee was consideration structure leadership. it was followed by the work environment variable in the second place. the relationship of the performance of the employee and initiation structure leadership, consideration structure leadership, and work environment was in strong category. the result of statistics test showed that the value of f count > f table and the value of t count > t table. it meant
