this research is intended to find out whether reciprocal teaching improvedstudents’ reading comprehension. this research was conducted at sman 1 ingin jaya. the sample was taken by random the students of class xi-ia2 (science class). the framework undertaken is promoted by blazer, 2007. the researcherused one group pre-test and post-test design. the technique of data collection, the researcher administered pre-test, treatment, and post-test. the technique of data analysis, the researcher used statistical formula. the mean score of pre-test was 45 and the post-test was 77.08. the finding shows that the improvement of the mean was 32.08. futhermore, the result
