nsi aceh adalah motivasi kerja, hal ini karena variabel motivasi kerja merupakan kemauan tinggi dari pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai maka pihak pimpinan dari masing-masing bagian pada dinas bina marga dan cipta karya provinsi aceh harus benar-benar menerapkan budaya organisasi yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kepada pegawai agar bekerja lebih bersemangat lagi terutama dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan oleh pimpinan masing-masing bagian. kata kunci: motivasi, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja pegawai abstract effect of motivation and cultural organization to employee performance department of highways and copyrighted works by sofiyan eka admaja nasir azis mukhlis yunus the purpose of this study was to determine the effect either simultaneously or partially influence employee motivation and organizational culture on employee performance and the department of highways and copyrighted works in aceh province. location of the research conducted at the department of highways and copyrighted works. with the object of this study is on the influence of motivation and the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and the department of highways and copyrighted works in aceh province. the results either simultaneously or partially indicate variables of work motivation and organizational culture, has a significant influence on employee performance improvement in department of highways and copyrighted works aceh province. while the dominant variables that influence employee performance department of highways and copyrighted works is the motivation of aceh province, this is because the variables of work motivation is high willingness of employees to improve their performance. to improve the performance of employees then the head of each section in the department of highways and copyrighted works province must thoroughly implement in order to provide motivation to work even more excited organization especially in achieving the goals set by the leadership of each piece. keywords: motivation, organizational culture and employee
