pling. pemahaman masyarakat (asn) terhadap produk-produk pembiayaan bank masih sangat rendah sejalan dengan pemahaman nasabah terhadap bank syari’ah secara umum. kemudian kecenderungan rendahnya tingkat pemahaman asn terhadap produk pembiayaan syari’ah sejalan dengan rendahnya tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap bank aceh syari’ah itu sendiri. terakhir, hampir seluruh informan (asn) dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa proses pengajuan pembiayaan di bank aceh syari’ah sangat cepat dan mudah. kata kunci : perilaku konsumtif,aparatur sipil negara, pt. bank aceh syariah, pembiayaan abstract pt. bank aceh syariah is the only bank that belongs to the region that is useful to improve the economy of society, especially in aceh. with the increasing economic growth from year-to-year in aceh, resulting in growth will also increase in consumption especially on the asn in kembang tanjung, so it is the main thing that makes asn in kembang tanjung must take credit in banking. the credit request at pt. bank aceh syariah also annually experienced an increase mainly credit for asn consumption. this research aims to determine how the consumptive behavior of civil state apparatus on the recruitment of financing products at pt. bank aceh syariah branch of tanjung kembang, pidie district. the theory used in this study was the consumption theory expressed by jean p. baudrillard. the study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. the informant of this research is obtained by purposive sampling method. community understanding (asn) of bank financing products is still very low in line with the customer's understanding of sharia banks in general. then the low tendency of asn understanding of syariah financing products is in line with the low level of public understanding of the bank of aceh syariah itself. lastly, most of the informant (asn) in this study stated that the process of filing financing in bank aceh syariah is very quick and easy. kata kunci : consumptive behaviour,state civil apparatus pt. bank aceh syariah,
