lakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. hasil penelitian ini membahas beberapa penyebab pelanggaran alat peraga kampanye pemasangan pada pemilu 2019 di kota banda aceh, antara lain: kurangnya sanksi hukum yang ketat bagi pelanggar peraturan, rendahnya partisipasi partai politik dan peserta pemilihan dalam pemasangan regulasi. alat peraga kampanye dalam pemilihan, kurangnya fasilitas pendukung alat peraga kampanye pemasangan di electic dan akhirnya upaya pengawasan alat peraga kampanye instalasi di electic. selain itu ada beberapa implikasi pelanggaran terhadap penyelenggaraan pemilu 2019 di kota banda aceh, yaitu: implikasi untuk proses kinerja pengawas pemilihan untuk proses penyelenggaraan pemilu dan konflik antara peserta pemilu dan partai politik dengan pengawas pemilu selama proses administrasi pemilihan. kata kunci: pkpu, pemilu, alat peraga kampanye abstract election commission regulation number 23 of 2018 concerning political campaigns is the main guideline for the implementation the 2019 elections. one of them is in article 31 paragraph (2) and article 34 paragraph (2) and paragraph (5) of the election commission regulation number 23 of 2018 concerning election campaign. however, violations regarding the installation campaign props still occur in the 2019 elections in banda aceh city, this is due to several causes of violations to install the campaign props, one of which can seen from the lack of strict legal sanctions imposed on violations of regulations. this study aims to determine the cause of violations to install campaign props in the 2019 elections in banda aceh city and also to determine the implications of violations against the holding of the 2019 elections in banda aceh city. to analyze the problems in this study, the authors used the theory of public policy implementation and election oversight concepts. the research approach was conduct using a qualitative method. the results of this study address several causes of violations of the installation campaign props in the 2019 elections in the city banda aceh, among others: lack of strict legal sanctions for violators of regulations, low participation of political parties and electic participants in the regulation mounting campaign props in elections, lack of facilities supporters of the installation campaign props in the electic and finally the efforts of supervision of the installation campaign props in the electic. in addition there are several implications of violations against the holding of the 2019 elections in banda aceh city, namely: implications for the performance process of electic supervisors for the process of holding elections and conflict between election participants and political parties with the election supervisors over the election administration process. keywords: pkpu, election, campaign
