AbstrakAbstract
this study began with a service for patients with disabilities at cut nyak dhien
meulaboh hospital. where services are a form of activity used by government
agencies in the form of goods or services both in the context of efforts to fulfill
and in the context of implementing order, and the difficulty of improving the
quality of services for patients with disabilities due to the lack of supply of
consumables such as therapeutic equipment, wheelchairs and medicine,
incomplete facilities and infrastructure to handle the increasing number of
disability patients. the public also complained that the service system was
unsatisfactory or still careless about patients. the purpose of this study was to
determine the form of disability patient services at the cut nyak dhien meulaboh
district general hospital, and to determine the responsiveness of disability
patients to services at the cut nyak dhien meulaboh district general hospital.
