engaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi (7) menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja organisasi (8) pengaruh kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui komunikasi satuan tugas komunikasi. penelitian ini dilakukan pada radio antar penduduk indonesia kabupaten aceh besar. adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi, komunikasi dan kinerja organisasi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap komunikasi satuan tugas komunikasi, komitmen organsiasi berpengaruh juga terhadap komunikasi, budaya organisasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan berpengaruh terhadap komunikasi, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi, kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, komitmen organsiasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, kemudian budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komunikasi, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung komitmen organsiasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komunikasi, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komunikasi. kata kunci: kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi, komunikasi dan kinerja organisasi abstract abstract of final paper submitted to the examination committee in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of master of management on graduate program of syiah kuala university leadership and performance of organization universal communication task of radio in population indonesia regency of aceh besar by maulidin sn/ 1409200020019 specialization : general management supervisor : dr. said musnadi, se, m. si co-supervisor : dr. sofyan idris, se, m.b.a the purpose of this research is to know: (1) analyze and prove the influence of leadership on member communication, (2) analyze and prove the influence of organizational commitment to member communications, (3) analyze and prove the influence of organizational culture on member communication, (4) analyze and prove the influence of leadership on organizational performance, (5) analyze and prove the influence of organizational commitment to organizational performance, (6) analyze and prove the influence of organizational culture on organizational performance, (7) analyze and prove the influence of communication on organizational performance, (8) the influence of leadership, organizational commitment and organizational culture on organizational performance through communication of communication task force. this research was conducted on radio inter-population indonesia regency aceh besar. the object of this research is leadership, organizational commitment, organizational culture, communication and organizational performance. the result of this research show that leadership influence to communication of communication task unit, organizational commitment also influence to communication, organizational culture given to employees influence to communication, research result prove that communication have influence to improvement of organization performance, leadership influence to organizational performance, the organizational influence on the performance of employees through communication, there is an indirect influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees through communication.. keywords : leadership, organizational commitment, organizational culture, communication and organizational
