il darah sapi aceh betina bertanduk dan kupung. rataan jumlah eritrosit masing-masing 8,61±0,91 dan 8,86±0,49 (10?/µl), mcv 47,85±5,31 dan 45,90±4,28 (fl), mch 14,57±1,11 dan 14,03±1,23 (pg), mchc 30,42±1,53 dan 30,70±0,81(g/dl), trombosit 2,67± 0,44 dan 2,87± 0,33 (10³/µl), leukosit 9,64±1,80 dan 9,06±2,75(10³/µl), hematokrit 41,43±6,34 dan 40,64±4,61 (%), hemoglobin 12,57±1,58 dan 12,49±1,389 (g/dl). blood profile of aceh female horned cattle and pole cattle abstract the study aims to see the difference of erythrocyte value, erythrocyte indice mcv (mean corpuscular volume), mch (mean corpuscular hemoglobin), mchc (mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration), thrombocyte, leukocyte, hematocrit and hemoglobin of aceh female horned cattles and pole cattles. this research is motivated by the existence of local wisdom that developed in the middle of the aceh community that aceh female pole cattle is preferred and has differences with aceh female horned cattle. the sample collection was conducted at balai pembibitan ternak unggul dan hijauan pakan ternak (bptu-hpt) indrapuri, aceh besar. the sample used was 3 ml of blood taken from the jugular vein 15 of aceh female horned cattles and 15 of aceh female pole cattles age of about 12 - 40 months. blood samples were examined with a hematology analyzer. there was no statistically significant (p> 0.05) blood profile value between aceh female horned cattle and aceh female pole cattles. the mean erythrocyte counts were 8.61±0.9 and 8.86±0.49 (10?/?l) respectively, mcv 47.85±5.31 and 45.90±4.28 (fl), mch 14.57±1.11 and 14.03±1.23 (pg), mchc 30.42±1,53 and 30.70±0.81 (g/dl), platelets 2.67± 0.44 and 2.87± 0.33 (10³/?l), leukocytes 9.64±1.80 and 9.06±2.75 (10³/?l), hematocrit 41.43±6.34 and 40.64±4.61 (%), hemoglobin 12.57±1.58 and 12.49±1.389 (g/dl).
